All of our products are designed and manufactured not to go wrong. However we recognize that sometimes issues may arise. Motohart covers all products with a comprehensive warranty against things going wrong. In all cases you should contact Motohart Warranty Services on 0845 5277249. The warranty covers the item against manufacturing defects for 6-months regular use unless otherwise stated.

We try our best, where possible, to offer a reliable warranty and will always repair where possible. We do not refund or replace items without inspection and only at our discretion. Batteries and general wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. All returns should be accompanied by an original receipt showing product purchased and purchase date. Any return without receipt or deemed out of warranty will be subject to a charge.
